sort of, the queue size is not limited so it just adds up and as i have just 1 toilet its not enough to handle them all, the game stopped at 697 in queue when i wanted to purchase new buildings. the queue reached outside of the map at that point actually

Haha! That's the biggest queue I have ever seen.

In the real Theme Hospital, instead of a huge queue, people would slowly dying over time and I guess that some of them could also leave by themselves if the service is really bad.
