D:\Games\Dungeon Keeper1\sound\speech\Dutch\speech.dat
I still had all the dutch sounds... wtf?
I want english without re-install thanks.
Replace the speech.dat in D:\Games\Dungeon Keeper1\sound\ with the English one.

Yikes... Be careful with what you're doing.
LANGUAGE= line in the Keeper.cfg file is just for telling Dungeon Keeper to use a correct Font (if I'm not wrong). If you wanna change the spoken voice to English, you must alter the "Speech.dat" file inside the "Keeper\Sound" folder by using the English one included on your CD. To do so, open the "Keeper\Sound\English" folder on your CD. A "Speech.dat" file should be in there. Copy the file and paste it in the "Keeper\Sound" folder on your hard drive where the game is installed. You should now get the English spoken voices.
If you're talking about the speeches that introduce and conclude the levels, those are stored inside the "Atlas" folder. Just do the same thing above, but this time, by using the English Atlas speeches.
I like dragons! They're the center of my life! I'll never forget them...
Thank you very much for this info.
