    Ah... I think I found that easy cause I used Rebound but I'll tone it down a notch.

    You only need 1 bridge to approach the Dragon.

    And I had to throw my knight like three times back, with the amount of demon spawns. If you put more there, we just have to take the knight back to the lair more often. I don't know what you mean having to fight the orcs, because I tried that, and was not able to kill one.

    I found the level perfect as it was, just start a new one.

    Good to have different choices.

    Actually, with rebound it reflects the missiles back at them which as well as a few at the Dragon. I tested it, plays fine. I won without needed to ever go back. And the Dragon had Melee as well as Flame Breath when I fought him cause I was in KeeperFX. You're supposed to run by when the other heroes come by, and while they distract them you smash down the door and run.

    Alright then... probably should continue work on the sequal. Just want to make this one good first. Sequal might be harder but in a different way, you'll have to defend the villagers and if too many die then you'll pretty much be banished for failing.

    The Magic door is very important: It tells the player that he has reached the target. Going back is no fun, but that motivates the player to be careful in the fights, and find tricks not to put the Knight back in a lair.

    This level is great Metal Gear Rex, don't change it.
    Or if you do, I would like to have the copy of your first version.

    I did change it, the Magic Door though you have to admit isn't a good idea considering it's a First Person Map. I could make some use out of the Barracks though. But not this map.

    And for the Original Version, well you'll have to make that yourself since I don't wanna move backwards. I listed what was changed, just undo what I changed.

    Well, you can choose, it's your map.
    But usually when I link maps here, well only one now that I made this year, at the previous forum, I keep the older version there for people that like to edit it. Or want to view the older versions that where discussed on the forum. I played your first version of this map on my previous computer, that is broke now, I have no back-up.
    Not very important, I was very impressed by your idea, it inspired me.

    When I played it, I kinda expected I would get the imp spell after defeating the Dragon, so I could go build a Dungeon and find a portal some where on the map. That didn't happen. But when thinking about it, I thought it looked a lot like a special level, and in that way was able to appreciate it.

    Since I played all your maps now posted here, I noticed in none of your maps is a Portal.
    It looks to me, you make it rather difficult for yourself, because I like your first 2 maps very much, but disliked your second 2 maps. Well, maybe you want to do some research on what is possible without a portal. The portal is one of the foundations of Dungeon Keeper, second important after the Dungeon Heart. If I have to destroy a Keeper opponent, taking the Portal is always a great victory, because no new creatures come into it' s Dungeon, so every killed creature of the opponent will not be replaced. That Keeper is almost dead. Taking away the portal is very hard in level building, but possible, by replacing the Portal by Graveyard, Prison, Special, Creatures found on the map. In the original Campaign, all maps have a portal. But making 4 stories without a Portal, without the purpose of making special maps from specials found in normal level, it' s very far fetched. I mean, every creature coming from a Portal is like a present to a player, that is making Dungeon Keeping fun and rewarding. Quickly do research for a Torture, maybe I'll get a Mistress. I mean, if you take such rewards out of the game, you have to put new rewards there. Otherwise the level becomes boring. In other words, I like this level, Dragon Slayer, as a level found in a Special, where a player can take a creature to a real level. Because Dragon Slayer is not Dungeon Keeper, but some kind of a shooter, where the player just as in Duke Nukem, Unreal Tournament whatever, is fighting in a one person enviroment. Dungeon Keeping is building a Dungeon, a society, a family, a brotherhood, recruiting an army, whatever to call it, and building a house or village. Building. It's constructive. I kinda miss that in all your levels.

    It's a First Person map, I like creating those. But these aren't my first maps, just my first maps to upload here. And that is why there is no portal. Well for the Skeleton Invasion, you build an army of undead because of the lack of a portal. The other 3 deal with sepperate things.

    The Magic Might is understandable to be no Portal because you simply must use those 6 (I think that's right) powerful magical creatures.

    The Samurai map was the use of heroes.

    Dragon Slayer is simply a Knight going to kill a Dragon, nothing further. It is a "Hero" map which wouldn't make sense to add Dungeon Keeper's natural touch to it.

    Gimme your money for making me read all that.

    I did played Dragon Slayer (first version), and I must say it was fun to play from a different perspective. The dragon was a tough match with his dragonspawn minions, because I played in KeeperFX the dragon had high damage.

    The only thing I would say is, lower the number of orcs on the central bridge, I knew only later there was a party supposed to distract the orcs while you ran to the vulcano. But I did not even bother to try because of the sheer number of orcs.

    Goody! No one forgot my maps were here!

    And I'll do it... eventually... I have WAY too many maps running around with everything... Plus with this lap top, I don't have the editor.

    I tested it in FX, and knowing that I won I was sure it would be easy for you all too.
