Can't run DKGold in a window what so ever

I have tried DXWind, d3dwindower, 3danalyzer and skywings, and they all don't work for different reasons.

Is there any other way or any other application which allows Dungeon keeper to run in a window, rather than fullscreen?

Why running the game through a window? Fullscreen should work very well. Be sure to use KeeperFX as it is an improved version that should work well on today's computers.

Yes, fullscreen runs fine to some extent, but I can't stream DK properly in fullscreen, or do other things aswell; which Dungeon Keeper is not needed to be in when playing on the maximum resolution capable for the game (since it only requires part of the screen on a much higher desktop resolution anyway).

Did you try pressing ALT+R during the game? This should alter the resolution of the game.

ALT+R doesn't seem to make any difference to the resolution.
